General Questions.

  • Collegiate Elites is an athletic marketplace with the mission of helping athletes get better. All of our coaches have experience at the collegiate level and are ready to help you become the best athlete possible. Our coaches offer group and 1:1 sessions to help your training and work on the movements and details that will take your ability to new levels.

  • Credits are what clients use to book sessions through the Collegiate Elites platform. All our coaches and partners take these credits in order to schedule and execute practices. The amount of credits you receive each month or season varies based on the plan you choose to sign up for. Purchase a plan for credits and get started training.If you are running low on credits, you can always add more to your account or upgrade your plan to get more! We also roll credits over each month or season and credits do not expire unless you cancel your membership, in which case, you will have 30-90 days (depending on plan type) to finish your remaining credits before the need to reactivate your account.

  • Each plan offers a different amount of credits that allows clients to get the most out of their training to reach their goals and stay within their budget. Our plans work in tiers and each tier offers a more cost effective option for getting the most credits for your spend. Things to consider are that not all sports cost the same. Tennis and golf lessons tend to cost more than soccer and cross country practices, so make sure you have the right plan to be successful and effective in your sport.

  • There are a number of factors that go into setting the rate of every session. Variables like availability, sport, location, facility requirements, and experience are considered when determining how much a session may cost. Largely, it is up to our coaches and partners to set their own rates on each session they offer to ensure they can accommodate their own demand and clients.

  • Choosing a coach is simple. You can explore by sport, position, and evaluate each coaches bio to get a sense for who you may be working with. All of our coaches are qualified to help you gain experience and start your journey towards becoming a better athlete, but if you are still unsure feel free to contact us!

  • Each plan offers a different amount of credits that allows clients to get the most out of their training to reach their goals and stay within their budget.   • For sessions

    You have 24 hours to reschedule a practice after booking without penalty. After 24 hours there is a cancellation and rescheduling penalty of 30% of the credit session cost. Any cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours of the session is 100% nonrefundable.

    Our coaches' schedules are fixed and each booked session is an opportunity for an athlete to get better. We strongly encourage making sure you can attend your booked time as our coaches have limited time and will need to plan and prepare practices in advance of the session. If you are unsure of attendance please wait to book.

    For Plans

    Credits roll over month to month until cancellation. After cancellation Monthly plans will have 30 days and Seasonal plans will have 90 days to use their remaining credits before the account resets to zero. All plans with Collegiate Elites are nonrefundable.

    Your account can be managed here when signed in.

  • Credits will continue to rollover as long as an account is active. If you have 200 unused credits within an account they will roll over onto the next cycle as long as the account remains active. If you downgrade an account the downgrade will not reflect until the next billing cycle and all credits will rollover on the account. If you do not renew and cancel the account, Monthly plans will have 30 days and Seasonal plans will have 90 days to use their remaining credits before the account resets to zero. All plan/credits with Collegiate Elites are non-refundable.

  • A missed session or no show is treated the same as a completed practice and will still be billed in full for the appropriate credit session rate. However, the session will be noted as a no show or cancellation.

  • Collegiate Elites credits can only be redeemed on the Collegiate Elites platform. Credits are currently only used by clients to schedule sessions with Coaches and Partners.

  • In Person Sessions

    Sessions take place at the Coaches or Partners preferred location of choice but are coordinated with the clients as needed. Typically practices take place in locations like public parks, schools, or partner facilities that are available for sessions. We work with our coaches and partners to find resources that allow for the most effective training sessions possible.

    Online Sessions

    Online sessions will be coordinated with a coach after booking and a link will be provided.
